Ultra combo's are done by pressing two buttons while doing the UC/SC motion. If you keep getting a super combo odds are you're only hitting one button. eg: QCF, QFC + LP will result in Ryu's super. QCF, QCF + LP+MP (or any of the 3 punches combined) will result in his ultra.
