Does anyone have any clue what determines Item levels? like I have a creature with level 3 claws and level 2 lighting strike...

now tell me why is that? is it because he is a warrior in archtype, is it because he originally had 5 in strike? is it because I maxed out that line having the 4 weapons in the same category?

I searched everywhere and I can not find a answer to this.

Ok you know how in the creator you drag the arrows to make an item londer or wider. With the weapons the arrow is orange. the bigger the weapon (more you drag the arrow up) the more powerful it will be. Lvl 3 max. have fun
