Is this game available in Retail boxed copy in the USA yet???

Pre-orders ship around 07/07-08 generally in US. So somewhere around then you'd be able to get it.

Call me old fashioned but I refuse to go digital download.
I have about 300+ game boxes dating back to 1982.

I love my game boxes.

Too bad I won't have one for ARMA2.

if anyone knows where to buy the boxed version of the game in the USA, please let me know.

Friend of mine that runs a GameStop says the game has entirely dropped off their systems. No release date, no preorders. I can't find anything about why it is gone either.

I heard about that too. It's really weird.
