does any one know how to gain acess to it is is located under the white house ruins but says that i need a key does any one know where it is?

You cannot access this bunker until you have completed all the preceding Broken Steel Quests, as entry to the bunker is quest-related.

You enter this via a storm drain. But you do need the Broken steel DLC and its the last mission that Lyons (brother hood of steel) gives you. So far anyway. Got all 4 patches, and I want more.
