make sure the sim you talk to, finds you irrestible keep playing around with the romantic buttons(that's if he/she's in a good mood) then the tab for try for baby or woohoo should come up, after a couple of sim days the woman should start wearing a pregnant suit and start thinking about her back ache

this is kinda odd but i had two female chars and 2 male chars and got the two women to go out and eventually get married. then the tab "try for baby" came up. now the family has a baby with 2 moms and one of the guys drowned. the other guy is international super spy, the girl that had the child is leader of the free world, and the other girl is super villan. they all live in that cheap 1 bed 1 bath house below the criminal building which is now 1 bed 1 bath/child's room and everybody always just leaves the child on the ground ignoring it. they have never put it in the crib and they only fed it a couple times
