There's a lifetime reward that lets you change your Sim's Lifetime Wish.. uhh.. i think it's about 30,000 points. I don't know..

Mid-Life Crisis is for traits only.
But just in case:
If you've already finished your lifetime wish, there is no current known (and approved) way to get a new wish. You can only change an unfulfilled lifetime wish, not one that's already fulfilled.

actually, i know a way you can change it. it doesnt always work but its worked for me a few times. Press Ctrl+Shift+C then type in testingcheatsenabled true. Then Shift+click on the sim you want to change. Make sure your on your active sim. You should get the option to edit sim in create a sim. Then click the option. You can change your lifetime wish there. I hope this works for you!
