When I change the value 1.4 to something like 0.1 or lower the Breath loss on my mercs is hugely reduced.

All of the xml files in this folder can be opened in Excel 2007 and changed easily,the action_cost.xml file seems like another good one to play around with.

They also contain all kinds of other interesting data, like AP modifiers
Problem is that I don't know if any of these changes will effect solely the player or the AI as well. It would be nice to get a million AP for each one of your squaddies, but if the AI gets those boni as well, then it's kinda bad.
If there was just some constant or something to edit to get God mode/invulnerability/invincibility for your own mercs, it'd be great.

* Get notified when new cheats are added
* Request which games get new trainers
* Priority support with any problem
