I have it and its working fine.

First impression - great game . Graphics are really good and game play is good.

Graphics are not anything special if not below standard.
Though the bloody slaughter and action makes up for that

Prototype - overall is a salad of unique games like Assassins Creed, Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, etc. And there is a massive gameplay element in it too, making it fun too play. However I found the story to incredibly weak. But who cares? I am really enjoying the game...

we can see awesome gameplay in it .
but graphic seems almost good .

At certain parts in the game the graphics are better than the others, the parts of the citys where the infection has taken over its pretty decent, but when you get to the sunny coast, like at the military base, the graphics are great. There is no lag at all, none that ive seen and the fighting looks best at night in my personal opinion.
