How is this game LIVE compatible? I don't get how you go online with it.....

We currently don't have any Fallout 3 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

It means that your friends can see you as Online while playing it, and that there is DLC for it.

Also, achievements are available and tracked through LIVE and are appropriately put onto your existing gamerscore.
