Yes I have the 1.9 version of the game and only the shift a -shift h cheats work. None of the health cheats work. Can someone help me?

I've been having the same issue. I'm on Windows 7. The health modes haven't worked under regular Win7 compatibility. I've tried under Vista SP2, but that's still a no go. Going to try XP SP3 and see if that works. Really frustrating because the health modes worked for me under my old computer that ran on Vista. Grrr.......
