If you use the cheat "testingcheatsenabled true", do a right-click at your mailbox outside of the house. There will be an option, to make them static.
Static means in this case, that the needs always will be and stay maxed out.

Not too point out the obvious, but why did pwiz bother creating the trainer, when almost everything is already part of the built in cheats. The only useful options are the money and lifetime happiness options.

I'm trying to disable the sims ageing option, but i'm not able to turn it off.

Is there a set way to do this or is it that not all versions of the game that have that can change that option?

Forget it, i found out i can only enable the option in-game

The matter of fact was, that PWZ didn't knew that. I just figured this out, while i was playing around with the "shift+rightclick" after the previos mentioned cheat. I thought, maybe something else could be changed with it and voila: It was.

Please don embrass PWZ for the trainer. He did, what he always will do: His best to make a good trainer.

I hope he did a Shift-Left-Klick. But probably it doesn't matter if you leftklick or rightclick.

Just turn testingcheatsenabled true on in the cheat-bar and Shift-Klick on your mailbox to get your option to make motives static.

As said before, they will be maxed and frozen.
