I just tested it personally on retail version 1.0.100.11380 and it worked fine.

Again, unless a savegame is provided where we can easily replicate the issue every time, we cannot fix anything.

Using both your save and exe the trainer worked perfect. I walked right up to the spiders and sat there while they pounded me. Took no damage.

I got it figured.. hp option works in easy mode.. doesn't work in hard.. and i don't know about medium..

yes. hp refill option only works at easy mode, ammo and other not working, any way out ?

I am haveing a prob I activate the trainer and the game gets so much vid lag I cant play it first time it has ever happened without trainer I get about 80 to 100 fps with it my frame rate drops to 10 any idea ?

I can confirm that the trainer ONLY works for Easy mode. Also the unlimited ammo ONLY works for the shotgun!

Such a short game anyways. Didn't bother me that much that the shotgun only had unlimited ammo.

Yup, unlimited ammo only works for the shotgun.
