Has anyone found how to get unlimited health/energy, change experience or ability points at all?

I've had a tough time figuring out how to get these.

For Health and Energy, the trainer works well. Experience for skirmishes is also a trainer function; however, ability points don't work for it.

I see you aren't an Unlimited member, so I'll point you to the mod. Below the official trainers is a Miscellaneous section with a Cheat Mod. It adds trainer-like functions directly into the game without launching a trainer via a SCAR script. Leveling up works perfectly in this. It also has some options the trainer has, but in my opinion, the trainer works better.

If you want enough ability points to use everything, I suggest going to the relic forums and nabbing the campaign mod. This sets the max level to 30 and makes it so by level 30, you'll have enough ability points to get every upgrade. Then, the cheat mod, being a SCAR script, can be used with this to level your squads up to 30, granting you every ability point you'll need.
