I just cannot get the trainer to work??? Single player,patched game ok, trainer launched ok --game launched next ok-- --"trainer activated" with F1 click ok,unit selected -choice made by clicking desired NUMPAD no.-"activated"heard-- and the result is ZERO -NOTHING CHANGES ????? No matter what option i try-no matter if NUMPAD lock is on or off??? I also had same result with Unpatched original boxed game version!

disable antivirus, firewall, run as admin, use no-cd fix, etc

Hi, to run as admin in its simplest form can be achieved by logging onto windows as a user with "administrator" rights, if you are the pc's only user you already typically have admin rights by default, so this is not an issue, but if you share your PC just check with everyone else that you have them

bear in mind however, that noCD software can contain malware or viruses so check with an appropriate program before opening a noCD file you've downloaded, the link above however is clean (i use it)

once you have downloaded the file, you need to "extract" it, probably best to do this to desktop at first, if you need something to extract it, try googling for 7zip and installing that, inside the nocd file there are three .exe files; mow.exe, mow_editor.exe and mow_mp.exe

Copy these files to (if using windows xp, not sure on vista) C:\Program Files\505games\1C\Men of War

Overwrite the existing files if asked, remove your game cd from your DVD drive, run the trainer, then run the game as normal, it wont ask for a cd and should load faster. Once at the main menu press f1 and load a game, turn num-lock on, try activating the options you want
