I cant start Multiplayer , always jump up this

i got the same problem, i unplug my webcam and cod4 mp dont want to start ,when i plug back,the game starts up!
Plug in any mic or a webcam into your computer and it will be fine

same prob here , i use vista :S
My system :) (Dont expect to much:P) Asus P5Q motherboard Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16 GHz (Overclocked to 3.8 Ghz) GeForce 9800 GT 512 mb 4048 mb Kingston RAM Xilence 700w Power supply
And i own a Playstation 3 xD and now also a xbox 360 O.o
