    The PPSh-41 keeps firing for a few rounds after the trigger is released. I don't remember any game modeling this before.

    Probably its some button issue. Check your mouse/keyboard.

    Why should I try and diagnose something which is correct?

    The PPSh does indeed keep firing in real life.
