As far as I know the only quests u can download r accessible through the "Download" that appears in the Game Menu when u start the game. These quests r event quests for the gathering hall and challenge quests for the training school.
If winning don't matter then why do they keep the scores

You have to have a wifi router or be where there is a hotspot then you go to your settings and you set up the connection and wala there you have Internet
