F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin Message Board  

Every time ALMA attacks I press melee simultaneously it doesn't work in the elementary I try to attack her but nothing happens is the game corrupted!!! At least in the elementary I can use a health pack I used all 3 & still she still attacks till I die!!!! WTH originally the melee was mouse 2 I said maybe the mouse is not working I changed it to any button either "/" or "alt" anyways nothing happened I still die she doesn't back off I watched a video gameplay of the same level he pressed melee for 5 seconds & she backed off but in my situation she never backs off. I than downloaded the save file & skipped the level for it was the last part I selected the elementary after getting the keycard & opened the elevator the same error acured every time I pressed the melee button nothing happens HELP me what should I do!!!

I haven't had this problem, and I played through the game three or four times. You just have to tap the melee button rapidly until she backs off. Maybe you aren't tapping fast enough or are giving up too soon. I would think if it were a bug other people would have reported problems already.

Finished it ,no problem.

I've never had this problem as it clearly shows you the button to press to push her off. Maybe reassign your Melee key if your still having problems.

Never had that problem. The only thing that sucks when the game tells you to click the mouse to melee is that it's way to small to see it.
