to prevent the Divxx web player from firing up when i exit the game?

hmm I never knew it ever came up cause I never installed it, but I guess you can always uninstall it then install it again and see if that works, did you install the program before or after you installed COH.

Niether. It's the only game in this series that I own. It uses the Divxx player for internet play but, every time i exit the game the Web Player starts independently.
