I have downloaded the Patch#4 which works great, however when I end my turn and the other countries

Patch#4 Trainer Works But Game Crashes

Regarding the Mega Trainer (Patch #4), $999.999 Gold, Unlimited Movement, ....

I have downloaded the Patch#4 which works great, however when I end my turn and the other countries all finish theirs my game just crashes and keeps doing so each time I re-load - can someone pls give some advice how to counter this problem - much appreciated... 🤔
