This is a very small easter egg, I don't know if it is discovered already BUT I will say it anyway!

When you enter megaton there is a sniper directly above the entrance (the airplane wings which lift up)
If you talk to him he will say the usual

"Can't talk now im on duty, *then he will say* how the hell did you get up here anyway?"

I wouldn't call that an easter egg, rather good level design

*agrees* but it gives out a feeling of an easter egg...
