Can someone add a "no cops" option to trainer? I'm tired of fighting cops that keep on coming with no end to them

I have no problems with police in this game.
First if you commit a crime and there is a witness then bribe the witness BEFORE the police show up.
Second I find the police chases not only amazingly easy in this game BUT fun! On your radar when the cops are looking for you there will be a circle that appears. Stay outside that circle and then after a short while the police will stop looking for you.
