I have purchased the digital version from EA store, i play English version with NO-CD fix indicated in the forums but i crash at loading savegame... Any idea ?

The crack is designed for retail copies, i.e. for the people who stole the game because the retail only needs online authentication once really.

So files are different with the digital version compared to the retail boxed.

Damned... am i screwed ? Well if anyone comes with a solution, i'll be glad to hear it ! Thanks for the info by the way. I'll try without for now

if you mean by using a trainer, you may well have to wait until a digital trainer arrives.

I'll wait CH always put one later like for Steam stuff
