Can somebody help I want Totodile and Entei on Pokemon Platinum

You can only get Totodile from an Action Replay or a third generation game (Emerald from Prof Birch after completing the Hoenn Pokedex and XD for beating Mount Battle).
You can get Entei from Fire Red and Leaf Green, it'll become a wild roaming Pokemon after the Elite 4 if you picked Bulbasaur as your starter. Entei is also available in Colosseum from Dakim on Mount Battle.
