Can anyone share what formations they use for their union? Especially if their unions consist of only Leaders?

hm,, right now i have 3 unions withh 5 members each

first uses Trident
second uses Drawbridge
third uses hm,, Wings of Celap??? i think it's called..

i have 3 union..

first (just rush only)..
second (david,torgal,loki,ragoh,hena???)
third (caedmon,emma,pagus,baulson,....the yama in the first quest along with david cs)

n all use "mystic seal" formation..
this formation make attack and mystic attack become 0..
so attack dage is 0.. and mystic attack become weaker..

hmm well i have 4 unions all with 5 members,

Currently i'm using Comet formation for most of my union except for Torgal's group using Tridents since that single union concentrates soley on physical. Anyway i notice comet to be the most appropriate one to use since it actually has the most balance attributes that is if your union consist of all Leaders. I tried other formations but couldn't tell the difference and i pretty much still don't understand how this formation attributes thing work and whether it has actually any effect during battles.

what makes monster become stronger and have more HP ??
high BR right ???

1. high BR = stronger mob??
2. high BR = stronger our attack??

sorry.. i dunno what happen with me..
it's like i'm bored with this game..
i love FF XII.. want to play it on PC..

High BR = weaker monsters but gain lesser stats
Low BR = Stronger monster but gain more stats

As we up our BR ranks and skill lvls the Monsters get upgrades too, I think its every 10 BR they gain new skills or upgrade of the skill.

stronger monster = hard to beat right ??
and have more HP ??

You have a nice party there MattJJ, can you please one of your PC saves near the end of the game with that party? I never managed to get the Duke of Ghor and Wyngale.
