I noticed that when i tried to kill a rival family's "made man" that he had unlimited health. As soon as i turned option 2 OFF(max crew health) I killed him right away.
I dont know if it matters but the guy i was trying to kill was immune to dynamite and moclotov bombs.

Hey, I'm also running Windows 7 64-bit (Build 7057) and the trainer's working just fine, albeit with the previously mentioned issue with only one crew member being invulnerable. I'm not real sure what your problem might be, but seing as how I'm not having any problems, I don't think it's with Windows.

Ok.. I cannot get this thing to work for me at all..

Runs fine without trainer, played for about 5 hours so far.

I'm a product reviewer, got my game from EA last week, played a bit and figured I'd grab a trainer for it... so it's the retail version AFAIK

Load trainer, load game, hit f1, game crashes before it finishes loading, every time no matter what I do..

Run as admin, use compatibility mode etc, just keeps crashing on me.. any help would be appreciated

Try the no-cd fix. Copy protection + x64 OS is probably causing a compat issue. Make sure you run game and trainer as Admin. Might have to use compat mode in x64.

Infinite "favors" options would be a really nice addition as it would solve the cop-heat level issue as well.

Also to inform you guys/players, the crew health sometimes affects one random enemy, he wont die untill you turn the option off.
