i think it does, theres a trainer i use that makes your chain 9999 and has option to set ur battle rank, i set my rank to 23000 and all the enemys are still weak but all my stats go up after every battle of 1-5 and ma save file said i was at battle rank 1(it now says 46) but in game play it says about 23543<--(guess cba getting actual number)
trainer is called hyper2k +9(unless there is a new one)
so the battle rank and chain affect it... humm..
oke then.. but anyone have a trainer or what that make "the cheater want's"... skill level up just one battle??

Yah, well, since I paid money to join CH, I'd rather use their trainers.
I'm a little scared of downloading free trainers, the last time I did that, I got some virus that totally destroyed my system, and got my identity stolen.
Took me a very long time to clear that up.
So, now in regards to trainers, I only use CH's.

Thank you so much for that info. I'm currently playing the PC version and it seems I've found a bug regarding the Dragon Liver and one of the changes regarding Gomei. He seems to now only be a one time spawn and my BR has surpassed the level in which Dragons can appear in battle. So without this I'd be completely screwed on my guilds!
