juz started playing the game and its awesome.. is there anyway to create army instantly?? and how to stop the fire from happening??

1)keep everyone employed 2) destroy any buildings on fire BEFORE the fire spreads to teh next building

Well the destorying building works, but what if your outpost catchs on fire? you cant delete that or you lose. Is there a building that helps with fires or anything?

there is a building that stops fires the prefecture but to make it work you mas have equites near to work there...
