Uall don't relly know me well but I think the best 2 pokemon in the game are ninetales female and umbreon male both lvl 100! With out rare candys at all (I did it on emrald it's hard)

The pokestars guild seems to be dying. Red-Slug, you have to preove yourself by bieng helpful, which you already have been, so in a little while you will probably be able to join.
