i dont remember but at lvl50 its 200

200 is too high for Breloom at level 50 without an attack boosting nature.

My mistake, I thought you said it was Jolly before.

Its attack IV is 31 (max).

We'll have the tournament sometime in the future.
The rules will be standard competitive clauses/ rules:

Six on six single battle, level 100.
Uber Clause (Pokemon in the Uber tier are banned, see the first post).
Hack Clause (no AR/ Hacking).
Hax Clause (no moves/ items that increase evasion/ decrease opponent's accuracy, Sand Veil and Snow Cloak are allowed).
Species Clause (can only have one of each Pokemon, ie can't have two Bulbasaurs, however you can have a Bulbasaur with a Ivysaur).
Sleep Clause (can not put more than one of your opponent's Pokemon to sleep at a time, Rest is excluded from this rule as it is self induced sleep).
OHKO Clause (OHKO attacks are banned).


Edit: As for breeding IVs, a baby will get three IVs from its parents, 1-2 from each, which ones the baby will get and the other IVs are random.
