After 6th readings Kazuki's topic I've realized how to add arts.
Somebody can tell where placed class adresses?
And please somebody tell about upgrading items with CE, i tried to do like Kazuki said - but it wasn't work

Go to Gamefaqs, get Necifer's trainer. You can add all the arts you want without a bunch of hassle.
