Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: 1 Hit Kills
Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo
Numpad 4: Unlimited Sprint



Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - you may still die from falls or scripted deaths, etc.

Numpad 2: 1 Hit Kills - may not work on all units. May break scripted events, so
turn of in situations that this occurs.

Numpad 3: Unlimited Ammo - may not work for all weapons.

Numpad 4: Unlimited Sprint - may not work in all circumstances.
