My left for Dead and Fear 2 are kicking me out when I use the trainer. I think the problem is not with the trainer, but with the steam connection. Just my thought because they both started messing up when my computer did an automatic update and I have that disabled for windows. The only thing that has that function on my system is steam. I could be wrong, but those are the only two I have loaded that connect to steam. This is just a guess on my part; when it comes to servers I am pertty lame at it.

if your trying to play online its oviously not going to work but if your playing singleplayer then i dont know the issue maybe waiting for other people with same issue might help.
Edit Or it could be your firewall blocking it.. so check it..
