I found that if tou go to My Computer, then C drive, Program Files, The creative assembly, Rome - Ttl Wr, data, world, maps, campaign, imperial_campaign, descr_strat.

Now cut and paste say the gauls from the unlockable section underneath and paste it and line it up under the romans_scipii save it File save! Play game start campaign and it should work I did it with Roman Senate no senate missions with them!!!!

this can also be done with every nation in the game
