Does it also enable the CPU to have 1-turn research? I just noticed Prussia had some late-age technologies researched (by the look of some of their buildings), even though they had not spread past their initial buildings and it was still 1715 in game.
Is this a consideration when using the trainer?
Will the 1-turn building also do this, if this is something that is being done?

It does not work for the enemy. Please see other posts regarding this.
