for the life of me i cant seem to figure out how to install the Wargear Mod is there a person who is willing to take the time and explain this to me like im five

One step people tend to miss is adding the -dev to the end of the command line in the shortcut.

Without the -dev you cannot use the mods.

There is a post (on the the first page I think) about the -dev.

Try that and see if it makes any difference.
