It seems to me like with all the three trainers, it says Unlimited Cash in the description, but there was no such feature when I downloaded... Only the option that I could sell my cars for a million...

One of the savegame editors allows you to edit the money.

The other savegame editor allows you to swap cars (so you can get the CCX):
