    I have Windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit installed on my PC. I installed GTAIV and cannot play it. It keeps displaying me a fatal error.

    1st error: Windows Vista: Need to have SP1 or higher.
    2nd error: Windows XP: Need to have Service Pack 3 or higher to proceed.

    Is there any way this can be resolved without install a whole new operating system?

    Never mind. I managed to get it to work.
