Just a quick suggestion as I think I noticed this with my game.

Start Steam First.
Then start Trainer.
Then Launch game.

See if that makes a difference or not...

For me it doesn't matter when to start the trainer, nor does it when to push F1. It even works if you start the trainer during play

Hi, Using Vista Ultimte 64 bit, trainer works great (when it's been patched for the next steam update that is).
P.S. many, many thanks for getting the patched trainers out quickly.
