Where can I find the Magica Luminosus for Novice Avanti in the Temple of Hesinde? And do I receive this as a quest? coz I don't see the quest received bar pop up on my screen.

Ok 1 lvl below the scholar the book is on a stand. I found it next to a room that had sections on fire.

I didn't have an active quest for this. I'm not sure if this is a quest or a minor quest that will appear on your quest list or not. However, I still can't find it.

If you spoke to avanti after he gave you the key you can get the quest to find the book, it comes under the same section as the other preparation for dragon quest lot. You wont get a map mark for it tho as you have to find it yourself. Its a real bugger, gotta sweep all books down there
