I just found that the anti virus has another place i need to block so that these programs run, i excluded that in the anti virus and it loaded up, i am still yet to try it in the game, but at least it is now running. 🙂

Dear CH fellows, I got some unexpected Problem with a Modification version for ETW.
I am using the latest version of the Ottoman Realism Overhaul Mod(vers. 2.6.9.14 Full English) for Empire Total War at Steam(usually offline from Steam. I am using exemptions with Zone Alarm Antivirus and even unabled some functions at the Windows Defender. This new Mod version was just released yesterday CET. Th Mod Version before was vers. 2.6.5 FULL No Music. The old version was released in November 2019 and I had no problems with this one. The new version let not activate the trainer and seems still a little buggy, because the warpath campaign crashes clicking on it. I now try to delete the game totally and will install it anew. If the problem resists I will need some advice. Usually I am starting the trainer with admin rights.
The Mod can you get on www.twcenter.net at the ETW subforum under ETW Hosted Modifications. I was a german member of the CH Platform since 2011 as I remember correctly.

Trainers are made for the official vanilla release. When you MOD a game you can break the trainer altogether or impair it's functionality. We do not make trainers for MODDED games, just the official releases.

I've encountered a frustrating new problem. When I try to start the trainer, it seems to start fine, then tries to open as a .tmp through my torrent app. I have tried everything. I can't even figure out what is happening, it was working 100% fine yesterday, and, I haven't changed ANYTHING between then, and, when this started occuring. It's driving me nuts, and, I definitely could use some help.

Widows START button > settings > apps > default apps

hit the reset button.
