IVs are different from EVs:
IVs are between 0 and 31, will raise a stat by one point for each IV at level 100 and are given to a Pokemon when they are born.

EVs are between 0 and 255 on each stat, will max at 510 total, will give 1 point for every EV at level 100 (rounded down) and are gained by when ever a Pokemon gains EXP or given vitamins (HP Up, Protein, etc), In total (assuming a neutral nature) two of a Pokemon's stats can be raised by a maximum of 94 points (63 from EVs and 31 from IVs) and on average they will raise two stats by 46.


I was going to breed you a Gible.
I mentioned the Dratini because I can use it to get a Gible with Outrage (or I can use my current Garchomp to get another Gible with Outrage).

My Dratini has max IVs in HP, Attack and Speed, I use it to breed IVs and moves. Sorry but I don't intend on trading it (though I could clone it first).

I'm not using it as a battling Pokemon as its Defence and Special Defence IVs are too low for my tastes.

I'll get Platinum when it comes out in Australia.

Ok this is my last post then start pming me i think the gible idea would be good so i could ev train him because an outrage gible would be total enilation so my friend code is in my signature and i added you so just bring in the adamant gible and we`ll trade
