Got the full game and it's not working for me. neither on normal nor on hard difficulty. anyone got the same problems ?

Did you place the Data folder inside the game's installed path ? It will ask to Overwrite the file and you need to click on YES.

Are you able to use the Cheat Codes without the Unlocker ? If you are able to use the codes Nvngod, Nvnammo etc. then the Cheats are working on the game.

It works for me on the DEMO, so it should work on the FULL version also unless the Cheat Codes have been disabled in that version, which according to me is not possible. The FULL version shouldn't disable any cheats IMO ?

The correct final path (check it) should be:

[INSTALLFOLDER]\1C Publishing EU\NecroVisioN\Data\LScripts\HUD\

In this folder, there must be file Console.lua
Other wise the unlocker won't work.
I also checked it more times, before i submitted this unlocker to you
