i went to catch palkia and arceus i caught palkia and after i caught him the team galactic boss will not talk to me and he will not move and i use the flute and it dosen't work

i used the get all pokedex cheat and i did that now do i go to the place where i got palkia and play the azure flute and how do i get creselia the lil boy isn't sick yet why not???

You most likely need to get the National Dex by seeing all of the Sinnoh Pokemon.
