Had a pretty good one while my light infantry charged in. After pulling them back so they can shoot em in the back when the enemy ran away one of my guys went out and stabbed one in the back then held him down to finish him off.
If they got more of these in store, oh my

There was a lot in Medieval 2: Total War. They should have lot's in Empire. Specificly because theres more to do.
