I see theres a trainer for a new patch, but I can't seem to figure out where to download the patch from. I tried google but nothing besides patch notes showed up ... I feel like an idiot since I can't figure this out ...

you would have to go to your source (d2d source) or msg them and see if they posted a patch yet...
FYI, the game still is at 1.1.1 so our 1.011 trainer should work fine for it-
