well i don't know what website you used...or what they said to do...or even if you've already unlocked them by now...but i have akuma...Gouken is giving me some difficulty...but in order to get Akuma...
Unlock Cammy, Fei Long, Gen, Rose, Sekura, & Dan then start up a new game of Arcade Mode with any character...set the match to a Single 30 second round (make sure it's only one round)...on the easiest difficulty and beat the mode with one Perfect victory...and not using any continues...once you beat Seth...Akuma will appear...once you beat Akuma...you get him...
to get Gouken...
Unlock Akuma then start up a new game of Arcade Mode with any character...Set the match for a single 99 sec. round (Make sure it's still just 1 round) on the easiest difficulty and beat arcade mode with 2 perfects, 3 Ultra or Super Finishers, scoring 5 first strikes, & not using any Continues...once you beat Seth...Gouken will appear...beat him to unlock.
