anyone know how to modify de recruitment slots for the Holy Roman Empire?! pleeeaasseee!

You can't modify them,if we're thinking the same

You can mod them. But you need to follow a few steps before you can mod that.

For exemple, i have mod it and now i can build (recrout) 9 Units in one turn.
