There shouldn't be. The lvl 100 limit is one of those unchanagable variables in the game.

there was a glitch in the first two games that allowed you to catch pokemon of random levels above 100, but they could have given tha game a virus for catching them

Hence MissingNo. I request a topic lock as there is no way without actual card hacking (which takes time I don't have) to catch Lv.200 pokemon.
