Exception EFCreateError in module carspawner.dll at 00011469.
Cannot create file "C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\spawnlog.log". No access.
Any1 know what to do?

I found out the problem, wasn't runing the GTA IV Launcher,
working just fine

infernus and sultan rs - the fastest
sabre gt AND dukes - like to drift ))
admiral and pmp 600 - just like em
phantom - the best u can get to destroy other cars
fbi - pretty good handling
and huntley - fast and heavy enough to kick cops' **s
so... that's all, I think ))
